Golden Eagle Express can help to handle DG cargo.
We have provided some DG cargo transportation regulation for customer reference as below. All DG cargo transportation must comply with ICAO and IATA dangerous good regulations, as well as the state and operator variations.

Notice

  1. Definition of Dangerous Goods: Articles or substances which are capable of posing a risk to health, safety, property or the environment and which are shown in the list of dangerous goods in these Regulations or which are classified according to these Regulations.
  2. Training Requirement: According to ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) and IATA (International Air Transport Association) regulation, all parties in charges of dangerous goods transportation, from shipper, freight forwarders, operators and ground handling agents must be trained in the requirements commensurate with their responsibilities covering DG packing, transportation and storage.
  3. Packing and Documentation

    Identification:

    Proper shipping name and UN number.

    Classification:

    According to classification of IATA Dangerous Good Regulation.

    Marking:

    Includes UN number, Proper Shipping Name, Name and address of shipper and consignee, and other required marking (IATA DGR, Marking and Labeling).

    Labeling:

    Includes DG Hazard Label and Handling Label etc.
    UN Specification Packaging Conforms with Packing Instruction.

    Documentation:

    3 copies of DG declaration form with signature, Air Waybill, Invoice and Packing List.

Shipping Procedure

  1. Preparation: Shipper completes documentation, packing, labeling and marking.
  2. Checking: Please provide invoice, packing list, DG declaration form, Material Safety Data Sheet for checking with airlines acceptance.
  3. Confirmation: Please contact with us before arrangement (Tel: 02-27382255).
  4. Delivery to Airport: Our staff in airport will check if shipment packing, labeling, marking and documents are complied with dangerous good regulation before hand over to the airline.
  5. Custom Declaration: On the next day, we will complete custom declaration and hand over shipment to airline for loading.
